Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area to keep it tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients.
  • Maintain records, logs.
  • Fluent in English
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Coordinate with staff members and departments when needed.
